International Day of Women and Girls in Science

Last week, to mark International Day of Women and Girls in Science, we held a physics themed event with Techfest and Apache Corporation for local P6 and P7 pupils. Pupils took part in Techfest workshops exploring physics and heard from guest speakers.
The headline speaker was former pupil and particle physicist, Professor Sinead Farrington, who kindly took time to visit St Margaret's later in the day.  |
